Patient information stays between the practice and the lab on the case.
Every case carries patient information, so here is exactly how Tusko protects it.
Access
Only your team and the lab or practice on a case can open it.
Encryption
Files and messages are encrypted in transit and at rest.
Canadian privacy law
Tusko is built around PIPEDA and BC’s Personal Information Protection Act, with a named privacy contact at [email protected].
You own your records. We protect them while they’re on Tusko.
Your practice or lab stays responsible for patient consent and the clinical record. Tusko handles case information on your behalf, only to run the service you use.
Do you sell or share patient data?
No. We never sell personal information, and we only share it with the service providers that run Tusko, under contract.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You can export your cases, and we delete your data on request once any legal hold has passed.
How do I report a privacy concern?
Email [email protected]. We reply within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
See one case from both sides in 20 minutes.
Tell us how your lab work runs today, and we’ll show you the same case from the practice and from the lab.
Early access places are limited.
