Tusko

One case, from the chair to the bench and back.

Here’s what happens to a case on Tusko, from the scan to the seat appointment.

  1. Practice

The scan lands, and the practice assigns it.

Scans from iTero arrive in New Cases on their own. Click Assign, confirm the Rx, set the seat date and pick the lab: three steps, all prefilled.

  2. Lab

The lab opens it, and it’s in production.

The lab gets a notification for the new case. Opening it moves the case into production, and every file is on screen at first glance.

  3. Both

    Questions stay on the case.

The lab asks in the case’s chat, and the dentist answers from the practice side. Same thread in both apps, with the patient and the files in front of them.

  4. Lab

The case moves, and the practice sees it.

In Production, Ready, Out for Delivery: each stage shows up on the practice’s side, live. Nobody calls to ask.

  5. Practice

    Chair Time checks the date.

The practice sees the next 14 days of seat appointments, coloured by readiness. A late case shows up days ahead.

  6. Both

The history stays on the case.

When the case ships, the Rx, the scans and every message stay with it. If anything comes back, everyone can see exactly what was asked for.

Works with iTero. On another scanner, upload the files, or ask us to connect it.

Everything about a case stays on the case.

  • The Rx: tooth, restoration, material, shade and notes
  • Scan files and photos
  • Every message between the practice and the lab
  • The due date and the appointment it’s for
  • Every status change, with who made it and when

The practice and the lab see the same case, each from their own side.

The lab works it from the Floor. The practice sees it in Chair Time and on the case page. One record, two views.
Do both sides need a Tusko account?

Yes. Each practice and lab has its own account, and we help you set up the other side.

Can I attach CBCT or DICOM files?

CBCT and DICOM uploads are on the roadmap. Today, cases carry scan files and photos.

What happens to a case after delivery?

It stays in your history with everything attached, so you can find any past case in seconds.

See one case from both sides in 20 minutes.

Tell us how your lab work runs today, and we’ll show you the same case from the practice and from the lab.

Early access places are limited.
